- Between a REALTOR principal and a non-member broker, providing both agree in writing to the arbitration.
- Between a REALTOR principal and a customer, if the customer was subject to a written agreement between the REALTOR ‘s client and himself and if the customer agrees to arbitration.
Note: Arbitration is available only if one of the two parties is a REALTOR and the other party agrees to arbitration. However, anyone may file an ethics complaint against a REALTOR, including a member of the public.
