Duties to Realtors

Articles 15-17 are defined as “Duties to REALTORS” and are summarized as follows:

 

  • Article 15 – REALTORS shall not make false or misleading statements about competitors.
  • Article 16 – REALTORS shall respect the exclusive representation or brokerage agreements other REALTORS have with clients.
  • Article 17 – REALTORS agree to submit contractual ad specific non- contractual disputes when arbitration is required.
