All complaints go to the Grievance Committee. The membership of that committee may rotate annually when the Committee are reset at the local board
All complaints go to the Grievance Committee. The membership of that committee may rotate annually when the committee are reset at the local board level. Additionally, committee membership may change depending on the complainant and respondent in a case.
For example, if REALTOR Jill is a member of the local association’s Grievance Committee and a complaint is filed against either Jill or her firm, she is automatically recused from that committee meeting and other members of the committee are tapped.
