Duties to the Public

Articles 10-14 are defined as “Duties to the Public” and are summarized as follows:

 

  • Article 10 – Do not discriminate; offer equal professional services to all.
  • Article 11 – Service REALTORS providers should meet the standards of practice and competence of the real estate discipline involved.
  • Article 12 – Be truthful in communications; present a true picture.
  • Article 13 – Do not practice law.
  • Article 14 – Cooperate with the local association in any ethics proceeding.
