Voluntary Arbitration (Part 1 of 2)

Voluntary arbitration occurs in the following cases:

 

  • When a REALTOR principal invokes arbitration against a client, which requires the client’s voluntary agreement to arbitrate.
  • When REALTORS or REALTOR-ASSOCIATES who are currently or were affiliated with the same firm wish to arbitrate a matter.
