The Preamble also includes admonitions for REALTORS to:

 

  • Maintain and improve the standards of their calling.
  • Eliminates practices which may damage the public or which might discredit or bring dishonor to the real estate profession.
  • Share the fruit of their experience and study with others.
  • Not attempt to gain any unfair advantage over their computers.

 

 

Note:  The Preamble cannot be the basis of an ethics complaint or of any discipline of a REALTOR.
