  1. REALTOR Joe is the listing agent for a property in which multiple offers have been made. Another REALTOR files a complaint that Joe did not inform him of the price, terms, and conditions of all the offers.
  2. Marianne, a REALTOR, is accused of behaving unethically for using foul language and showing up at an appointment intoxicated.What do you think???    Are these violations of the Code of Ethics?
