Parties to an Ethics Complaint

Anyone may file an ethics complaint:

 

  • Another
  • A member of the public.
  • A REALTOR-ASSOCIATE

 

The person making the complaint is known as the complainant; the person against whom the complaint was made is known as the respondent.

 

The REALTOR principle may or may not be joined in an ethics complaint against a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE.

 

Report

Harassment or bullying behavior
Contains mature or sensitive content
Contains misleading or false information
Contains abusive or derogatory content
Contains spam, fake content or potential malware
