  • Article 5 – Do not offer professional services on a property in which you have a present or contemplated interest without disclosing your interest.
  • Article 6 – Do not take rebate, commission, or profit without your client’s knowledge and consent.
  • Article 7 – Do not take compensation form more than one party without informed consent from all parties.
  • Article 8 – Keep a special account for funds which do not belong to you.
  • Article 9 – Put all contracts and agreements in writing and furnish a copy to everyone who is a party to them.
