Local Enforcement (Part 1 of 3)

The Code of Ethics is generally enforced at the local level by the local association of REALTORS.  Generally, each local association has its own Grievance and Professional Standards Committee.

 

  • The Grievance Committee acts much like a Grand Jury and screens every complaint.
  • The Professional Standards Committee hears complaints and renders decisions.
